Sessions are interactive and planned for 45 minutes.  Towards the end of each session, students are given time to ask any final questions.  As a result of this structure, every session may vary so please allow for some extra time at the end.  If anyone needs to leave promptly, they can leave a message in the comments box to inform their tutor of their departure and close the Google Meet. 

Sessions are delivered via Google Meet so please make sure you have a device that will be able to access this. Headphones are recommended to ensure you can hear your tutor clearly. You do not need a microphone as Google Meet has a chat option so students can always message their tutor to ask any questions. More information about Google Meet can be found here.

Once your spot is confirmed, you will be emailed a worksheet that should be worked through during the session. You should print this prior to the session starting.  The worksheet is emailed as a PDF document so those who perfer to use a tablet, should be able to annotate the docutment easily.

You should also have a calculator to hand at each session you attend.

Payment needs to be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the session. Your spot is not confirmed until payment has been received.  The preferred method for payment is via PayPal and details will be sent to the email address used in the Booking Form above. Alternative payment methods are available and details can be provided upon request. Please indicate this in the Booking Form. 

Once payment is received, an invite to the Google Meet for your chosen session will be sent via email. The worksheet to be used in the session will be emailed 24 hours before the start of the session.  

The Google Meet session will be recorded so please make sure that your camera and microphone are off when you join.  Students will be reminded to switch off their cameras and microphones before recording starts.

The recording will be made available for a period of 4 weeks after the session so that students can review the lesson again as needed.

If you end up missing a pre-paid session, the notes worksheet and session recording will still be made available to you.  Please review the recording when you are able to and work through notes sheet as instructed.  You can pause the recording as needed whilst you work through the notes worksheet.

(ii) record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means the live online session or the recording shared;

(iii) remove any copyright or other notice of MW maths on the session accompanying worksheet.
